The subject of data protection is personal data. This may also include usage data such as your IP address. The legal foundation for data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is based on the purposes listed below related to data collection.

3. The purpose of data processing

WOCOIO stores and processes personal data for the sole purpose of making contact within the framework of providing information about our company and our products. You may receive information in writing, by phone, digitally or by fax.

4. Passing on data to third parties

Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties.

If we use external contractors to provide our services, this is only done after appropriate legal precautions and appropriate technical/organizational measures have been implemented to ensure that your personal data are protected in compliance with the relevant legal framework.

5. Data storage

We only store personal data for as long as is needed to fulfil the purpose for which the data were provided. We then delete the data.

6. Your right under this privacy policy

The use of internet sites involves transmission of personal data. The IP address of the respective user is stored for backup and statistical purposes during every visit to the website. As a rule, this data does not make it possible to identify the user. Every time a user accesses our website and every time a file is retrieved, data on this procedure is stored in a log file. The storage is for internal, system-related, and statistical purposes. No person-related use is made of the data.

a) The right to information: You have the right to request information about your personal data that we process in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectify, delete, restrict processing or object to it, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data (if we did not collect them), and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, relevant information about these details.

b) The right to correction: In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to request immediate correction of incorrect information or to complete the information about your personal data that we process.

c) The right to deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored with us in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

d) The right to restrict processing: In accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete the data and we no longer need them, but you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have filed an objection to the processing in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.

e) In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request that they be transferred to another responsible party.

f) The right to revoke consent: You have the right to revoke your consent to us at any time in accordance with Article 7 Paragraph 3 of the GDPR. As a result, we will no longer be permitted to continue processing your data based on this consent.

g) The right to complain: You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR. Generally speaking, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters. 7. The right to object

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR if there are reasons arising from your particular situation or your objection has to do with direct advertising. If the latter is the case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.

8. Anonymized user profiles

Personal data are generated when you use the Internet. For example, your IP address is stored each time you visit the website for security and statistical purposes.

As a rule, these data do not make it possible to identify the user. Every time a user accesses our website and every time a file is called up, data about this process are stored in a log file. The storage is for purposes of our internal system and statistics. No person-specific use takes place.

9. Analytical tools

The tracking measures listed below which we use involving analytics tools are performed on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR. The goal of these tracking measures is to statistically record the use of our website for the purpose of optimizing it. The corresponding data-processing purposes and data categories can be found in the respective tracking tools.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”; https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/). The data generated, such a

are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to facilitate the layout of our website according to requirements based on the recognizable use of the website. This information may be transferred to third parties when legally required to do so or when third parties process these data on behalf of the company. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymized so that a correlation is not possible (IP masking).
